Jordana Adelman has been integral to the Council for Opportunity in Education since 2013. She is the Program Coordinator for the Program and Professional Development department. In this role, she excels in supporting, planning, and implementing COE conferences and events.
With over 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector, Jordana has held diverse administrative positions encompassing finance, marketing, and sales. Her journey to Washington, D.C., began after earning her degree in Technical Theater from Washington University in St. Louis. She embarked on a career that included notable stints at Woolly Mammoth Theater, Signature Theatre, and Arena Stage, among others. During this period, she played a pivotal role in founding the Rorschach Theatre company, which continues to thrive.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Jordana is an accomplished artist, exploring a variety of creative platforms and mediums. Her passion for artistic expression complements her dedication to her work. She is also grateful for the unwavering support of her husband and shares her life with the delightful Archie, a dog whose charm is simply irresistible.
