Grace Erickson is the executive assistant to the President at the Council for Opportunity in Education. She is pivotal in supporting the organization’s mission and ensuring the executive office functions seamlessly. With a passion for making an impact, Grace brings a strong background in project delivery, relationship management, and operations to the Council and is dedicated to contributing to the success of TRIO. In her previous role at Beyond20, she excelled in managing logistics for a diverse range of training courses, optimizing efficiency, and improving course outcomes. Grace provided exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills while serving as the primary point of contact for customer, client, partner, and vendor communications. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Michigan State University, where she had the opportunity to intern with Plan International in Malawi and volunteer at UNHCR refugee camps in Greece.
