The COVID pandemic has unmasked systemic issues within our financial aid system. From this emerges the theme of this year’s conference, Reconstructing Student Financial Aid for Equity.

The SFARN conference gives leading financial aid researchers the opportunity to network, seek input, and share expertise with colleagues from colleges and universities, state and federal agencies, membership associations, and other non-profit organizations.

Sessions will focus on new and recently completed research on some of the most prominent issues in student aid today such as merit-based scholarships, student loan debt, low-income and non-traditional access, trends in state aid programs, and the overarching theme of how students and their families are paying for college. The deadline for submitting session proposals is Wednesday, March 31 at 5 p.m. ET.
Web conference information will be sent to registrants via e-mail.
COST • For Participants — $100 (before May 21) and $150 until June 3, For Students — $50 (before May 21) and $75 until June 3
