COE hosts the National Student Leadership Congress (NSLC), a 5-day leadership experience in Washington, D.C., for first-generation high school students from TRIO programs across the United States and U.S. territories annually. The 34th annual NSLC is in person and will include:
- a Mock Congress competition,
- diversity and inclusion training,
- interactive learning labs,
- Washington D.C. tours, and
- a day on Capitol Hill.
