COE offers professional development sessions to assist TRIO staff in learning the legislation and regulations that guide their programs. COE staff and faculty will discuss the Legislation, your specific TRIO regulations, the Education Department Guidelines (EDGAR) and OMB Uniform Cost Circulars as well as the process and authority associated with revising your budgets. For seasoned professionals, we will delve deeper into reporting and evaluation. For new professionals we will assist you on working with your program specialist.
