Implementing & Revising Policy and Procedure Manual

Policies and procedures influence and determine decisions, actions, and activities within a program’s boundaries. Procedures are the specific methods employed to express policies in action in the day-to-day operations of the organization. Policies and procedures ensure that the program holds a point of view that translates into steps that result in an outcome desired by the program and institution/agency. In this course, programs will better understand how to create policies and procedures that make sense for their program. This ten-day online course has no live meetings to attend, but participants must turn in assignments and discussions on specific dates. Participants that pass this course will receive a certificate indicating their success.
