McNair Close-Out and Final APR Instructions 

As part of the close-out of your McNair grant, COE will review the administrative close-out procedures, which include inventory, assisting students in finding other resources, securing documents for the required time, and preparing for the annual performance report. COE will walk programs through their final APR report. We suggest that programs have their supervisor or an institutional employee tasked with the APR if the program is non-functioning when the 21-22 APR opens. (FREE for non-refunded McNair programs only)
