Impacts of the Supreme Court’s Decision on Race-Conscious Admissions and TRIO

In late June, we expect the Supreme Court to rule on two cases (Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. the University of North Carolina and Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. President & Fellows of Harvard College) that consider the legality of any consideration of race in college admissions.
