2:00 to 3:15 p.m. ET
In late June, we expect the Supreme Court to rule on two cases (Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. the University of North Carolina and Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. President & Fellows of Harvard College) that consider the legality of any consideration of race in college admissions. During this webinar, COE’s legal counsel from Thompson Coburn LLP and COE’s senior staff will discuss the decision’s immediate impact on McNair admissions and the longer-term implications of the decision on TRIO and other programs that have historically increased diversity in higher education.
