Veterans Upward Bound Close-Out and Final APR Instructions

As part of the close-out of your Veterans Upward Bound grant, COE will review the administrative close-out procedures, which includes inventory, assisting students in finding other resources, securing documents for the required amount of time and preparing for the annual performance report. COE will walk programs through their final APR report.  We suggest that programs have their supervisor, or an institutional employee tasked with the APR if the program is non-functioning when the 21-22 APR opens.
