With a robust background in outside sales, particularly in the medical industry, Spencer has a wealth of experience building strong personal and B2B relationships, consistently delivering effective solutions. Now stepping into the software industry with empower™, he is eager to expand its user community and introduce TRIO programs to the platform’s cutting-edge, intuitive tools that simplify APR processes. Spencer believes empower™ is uniquely suited to meet the needs of the TRIO community, offering the most advanced technology to streamline reporting and enhance program success. His passion for supporting COE and its mission aligns with his commitment to advancing opportunities for underrepresented students nationwide. Outside of his professional role, Spencer is a devoted husband and father of three. He enjoys staying active by playing basketball, hockey, disc golf, and pickleball. A lover of travel, he relishes exploring new places, taking in breathtaking sights, and experiencing diverse cuisines.
