COE Empowers TRIO Community with Exclusive Better FAFSA Support Series

January brings a revolutionary development – the release of the Better FAFSA. Navigating this new format successfully will require a clear understanding of terms and processes and staying current with available resources. As the entire higher education community navigates the launch of this new form, COE understands that TRIO-specific questions and concerns will arise. Therefore, we invite our community to take a moment to complete our TRIO survey on Better FAFSA needs and so that COE can provide customized guidance and support. 

COE invites its members to attend an exclusive, three-part series, “Working with the 2024 Better FAFSA.” This series will provide essential tools, critical updates, and answers to your TRIO-specific questions. Remember, this invaluable resource is available exclusively to COE members. The series schedule is as follows: 

  • Better FAFSA Release – Part 1: FAFSA Walk-Through and Support 
    Members participate for free and gain insights into the Better FAFSA release. Walk through the process, anticipate participant experiences, and learn to handle delays or waiting periods. This session is a crucial step in managing expectations as FSA gears up for Phase 2. Register here.

  • Better FAFSA Release – Part 2: Institutional Student Information Record (ISIR), Eligibility and More
    For a nominal fee of $400, delve into Phase 2 ISIR updates. COE will address questions on eligibility and verification and give you the insights needed for a seamless transition. Register here

  • Better FAFSA Release – Part 3: The Roadmap to March and Beyond 
    March is the target month for institution awards. In this session, we’ll present updates from FSA, address FAQs, and explore flexible options to guide you through March and beyond—exclusive access for COE members costs $400. Register here
