Kelcie Alba serves as the program specialist for the Program and Professional Development department. She is a first-generation low-income graduate from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Studies and Political Science.
During her time at Binghamton, she participated in Student Support Services and acted as a Senior Mentor and Success Coach for her peers, helping them acclimate to student life and succeed in their studies. Now, she hopes to help COE’s members so they can continue to serve their students.
