Angela Holley is the Director of Student Development Services for the Council for Opportunity in Education. In this role, she is responsible for developing and delivering a portfolio of services and programming to support access to college, college success, career preparation, and pathways to employment for low-income, first-generation students, and students with disabilities. Before accepting her current position, she worked as a Director of TRIO Programs for 22 years. She has served as the President of the WV TRIO Association, President of the Mid-Eastern Association of Educational Opportunity Program Personnel (MEAEOPP), Governmental Relations Chair for WV TRIO, and State-Wide Coordinator for the WV College Goal Sunday financial aid initiative. In 2013 she was a recipient of the MEAEOPP Outstanding Service Award. In 2011 she received the WV TRIO Pathway to Prominence Award, and in 2008 she was recognized as a WV TRIO Achiever. A proud TRIO Alumni, Angela is dedicated to giving back to the TRIO Community.
