Leo Kidd is a Membership Services Provider at COE who helps answer immediate questions or ushers callers to the right team member. He plays a big role in transcribing and organizing membership data to improve accuracy and formality enabling our team to seek, review, and gather information about institutions and members within. With 10+ years in customer service, data entry, retail & recruiting, Leodisplays exceptional care, dedication, and liveliness to all interactions.
Leo is passionate about client care and ensuring members are heard and cared for. He goes by a quote he once heard, “I am the man who carries the piano for the artist to play”. He believes in what goes on behind the scenes plays a tremendous role in what’s front facing. Since graduating 6 years ago, he is thrilled to be part of the mission to further enhance students’ ability to access secondary education.
Leo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Radford. For leisure time, Leo loves to keep himself active by running, hiking, and soaking in nature. He’s an avid soccer fan, a reader, and always exploring new dishes to cook up.
