Revon Pauling, a proud Washingtonian, is a first-generation TRIO alumna of the Upward Bound Program at Howard University. Grounded in the philosophy of learning, earning, and returning, Revon serves as Director of Alumni Relations and Career Opportunity Initiatives.

In this role, she engages TRIO alumni in purposeful service focused on connection, advocacy, volunteerism, and expanding opportunity.

Revon brings a strong background in advancing educational equity, building sustainable partnerships, and expanding access to internships, professional development, and career pathway opportunities for students. She most recently served as a Senior Relationship Manager at UNCF, where she led national engagement strategies supporting hundreds of scholars while strengthening connections that extend well beyond the initial program experience. Revon leverages her experience through a relationship-centered approach to strengthen and activate the TRIO alumni community.

Revon earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fayetteville State University in Fayetteville, NC, and a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling from Liberty University. She is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of the Southwest, pursuing a DBA in Organizational Leadership and Development.
