Rosa Spencer is the Database Manager at the Council for Opportunity in Education. She is responsible for maintaining the integrity of integrated information systems. With over 15 years of experience in data management, she excels in writing and running queries for reporting purposes and supporting event registration. As the Database Manager, Rosa collaborates closely with all departments at COE to ensure that member records are up to date, enabling the TRIO community to fully participate in COE benefits.
