The Door serves up to 11,000 youth annually across its four New York City locations, including youth centers in lower Manhattan and the South Bronx and two supportive housing sites on the Lower East Side. The integrated Broome Street Academy Charter High School prioritizes enrollment for students experiencing housing instability or part of the child welfare system, providing a stable and supportive environment for up to 330 students. Participating in this public service project directly contributes to the well-being and future success of New York City’s youth.
