Learn how to utilize the Interim Report to demonstrate that you will meet the targeted number funded to serve and spend down your money. The webinar will confirm the number of students or clients you must serve by the end of the grant period to meet the substantial progress criteria.
The U.S. Department of Education (ED) announced today that ALL TRIO programs must complete a ’22-23 Interim Annual Performance Report. This is due to the significant delay in the ’21-22 Annual Performance Reports (APR). ED’s guidelines require program staff to confirm that all programs receiving continuing funding on multi-year grants made “substantial progress” before awarding continuing year funding. Typically, this is done through prior year APR data which program staff cannot utilize this year. Every program should have received a letter and instructions for the Interim Performance Report with a due date of Monday, February 13, 2023.
