This course will investigate effective strategies projects can utilize to manage staff workloads and talents to meet project objectives. Course participants will discuss models for staffing, including Management by Objective and Case Management Structures. The group will delve into evaluation tools that allow for program improvement—no more doing it because you have always done it that way! Gain the tools and best practices for taking your team from “jobs of their calling” while keeping student outcomes your shared priority. This ten-day online course has no live meetings to attend, but participants must turn in assignments and discussions on specific dates. Participants that pass this course will receive a certificate indicating their success.
