Starting Your New Cycle Off Right! Start Smart for State Educational Opportunity Centers and Talent Search Grantees

Congratulations on securing your new state grant! Now it’s time to turn your proposal into action. Join COE for Start Smart, a practical session designed to help you get your new grant off to a strong start. We’ll discuss the key objectives for getting your grant up and running in year one and setting the stage for success in the years ahead.  Learn about essential grant documents and terminology, identify the key steps to prioritize as you launch your program, and discover valuable resources to help you confidently manage your grant.  We also encourage you to invite any subgrantees you have already begun working with so that everyone starts with a shared understanding of the goals, expectations, and priorities for the new grant cycle.
