Part II builds off the on-site training and discusses practical strategies to meet legislative outcomes and project objectives. Using the last funded grant proposal, course participants will identify their project’s plans to meet goals and how each contributes to the accomplishment of prescribed outcomes. Participants will examine factors that influence the delivery of services to project participants/clients and investigate effective ways to evaluate project outcomes and why evaluation is essential. Participants will develop a logic model to link objectives, services, and evaluation techniques to illustrate these components’ relationships. This ten-day online course has no live meetings to attend, but participants must turn in assignments and discussions on specific dates. Participants that pass this course will receive a certificate indicating their success.
