The COE Institute at Rice University in Houston, Texas, is a two-day, in-person professional development experience designed to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and impact of college access and student success professionals. Bringing together practitioners, experts, and partners, the Institute provides a collaborative environment for exploring timely challenges, sharing promising practices, and developing practical strategies that can be put into action immediately.

Through interactive workshops, expert-led sessions, panel discussions, and peer-to-peer learning, participants will explore strategies for supporting students across the college, career, and workforce development continuum. Sessions are designed to address both emerging issues and the day-to-day realities of delivering effective college access and success programming. Whether participants are new to the field or seasoned professionals, the COE Institute offers a cost-effective opportunity to learn, connect, and return to their programs with fresh ideas, practical tools, new resources, and strategies for strengthening student outcomes.
