The regulations provide institutions and agencies that host TRIO program with broad discretion to manage them. This webinar is designed to assist participants to understand how to read and interpret this regulatory language, locate regulations that answer individual questions, and review those regulations that answer the questions most frequently asked. The session particularly focuses on the OMB Uniform Guidance, which discusses required notifications and approvals by the staff of the U.S. Department of Education.
